This co-facilitated session offers a safe and sacred space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic realignment. Through trauma-informed guidance and gentle movement, your body is invited to unwind and express. The LuLuKuMu breathwork becomes a gateway to inner truth, while Carolyn’s multidimensional soundscape—featuring crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes and sacred sound instruments—wraps each breath with loving frequency, amplifying your journey from within.
Together, breath and sound become the movers and holders of release—activating cellular clearing, expanding awareness, and supporting a return to peace.

Join us for a soul-nourishing two-hour workshop designed to guide you gently back to your heart, your breath, and your body. This sacred experience begins with a ceremonial serving of cacao—known as the “heart opener”—to invite softness, presence, and inner connection.
You’ll then be immersed in a curated sound bath that beautifully complements LuLuKuMu breathwork, guiding you into deep states of emotional release and nervous system regulation. Through this intentional journey, we’ll create space to release stored tension, past trauma, and long-held emotional blocks in a safe and supported environment.
